Choices and drafts in your browser

Selected examples and the consultation draft are kept in this tab's browser storage. Typing and selecting examples do not send the brief to the studio; it is sent only when you tick the consent box and submit the form. Clear form and draft resets the form; Clear selection separately removes selected examples. Restoring a browser session may also restore its stored draft.

Consultation details

The form asks for your name, email and task description. Service, systems, models and budget are optional. Cancelling time selection keeps the draft. When the form is passed to Cal.com, its local draft is removed first; if removal fails, the handoff stops. Opening the calendar without a task description preserves a separate unsent draft. Clearing the form does not erase browser history or data already sent to Cal.com. When you tick the consent box and submit the form, the website sends the studio your name, email, task description, the selected service, systems and models, the budget note, the page address and language, and the consent wording version and time. The request passes through Cloudflare, which runs the website, and is stored in the studio’s private workspace at app.infracortex.dev, which opens only after the operator signs in. Your network address is not stored with the brief: to limit repeated sending, Cloudflare keeps a salted hash of the address and request counters. If sending fails, the page says so, and you can still choose a time or write to infracortex@gmail.com.

Why we use inquiry details

We use details you choose to send to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and discuss possible project scope. For a request concerning your own prospective contract, this supports steps you request before a contract. Contact details of company representatives require a separately documented applicable basis. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Availability and booking

To show available times, the browser sends Cal.com the event slug, date interval and timezone. After you choose a time and press confirm, your name, email, notes and chosen time are placed in a Cal.com link. Booking is completed only after confirmation on Cal.com. Read Cal.com's privacy policy. The link contains form details and may remain in browser history. Do not include confidential information in your task description. The link parameters may also appear in request logs within Cal.com and its infrastructure.

Who receives information

The studio operator, Mykola Kovtun, handles inquiries personally using infracortex@gmail.com and Cal.com. Google processes email messages and Cal.com processes booking details. Cal.com may use its own infrastructure providers; see its privacy policy. A brief sent through the form is stored in the studio’s private workspace at app.infracortex.dev. It is not forwarded automatically to a CRM, Telegram or other team members; the operator may move it by hand to the studio’s client list in the same workspace. Optional Google Analytics is described in Data settings below.

Website helper

Prepared topic buttons show answers locally. When you submit a free-text question, the website sends that question, the selected language and public studio information through OpenRouter to a model provider to generate a reply. The website does not send your consultation draft to this assistant and does not store chat messages in its database. Cloudflare processes the request and network address; daily salted address hashes and request counters are kept to enforce limits. Model-provider processing is governed by its policies; free providers may retain questions and replies and use them to improve their models or services. Do not send personal or confidential information. AI replies may be incorrect and do not book meetings or create orders. When AI is unavailable, prepared answers remain available. Free-text questions are sent only after you explicitly enable AI processing in Data settings.

Retention

Browser drafts and data already sent to a service have separate lifecycles. Inquiry information should be kept only while needed for the stated purpose or an applicable legal obligation. Before publication, the operator must approve and implement a review/deletion schedule for inquiries, email, calendar entries, exports and backups. No fixed automatic deletion period is claimed in this draft.

Requests about your data

Write to infracortex@gmail.com to request information or access, seek correction, object to processing or ask for deletion where applicable. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights have legal conditions; we will explain any information we must retain. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

What to include

For an initial inquiry, describe the task without passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, medical information or customer databases. If the project needs confidential material, agree a suitable transfer channel and access conditions first.

Send website and privacy questions to infracortex@gmail.com. This draft was reviewed on 1 October 2026 and updated on 7 October 2026 to describe sending the brief to the studio. Its effective date will be set after the outstanding operational details are confirmed.

Optional analytics and data settings

The Data settings window has separate choices for AI processing and Google Analytics. Both are off until you choose them; prepared helper answers and the consultation form remain available. When enabled and accepted, Google receives technical visit information and a page address without query parameters. This integration does not send consultation fields or AI questions to Analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser in first-party local storage; it contains choices, a policy version and a time, not chat messages. You can reopen Data settings in the footer or helper and withdraw either choice. Withdrawal prevents future optional requests; it cannot undo data already received by a provider.
