From inquiry to assignee — in your CRM

We will connect one inquiry source with the system where the team already works. We agree on what counts as a new inquiry, who receives it, and what to do during a failure.

One possible scenario

  1. Website inquiry

A user submits a request through a standard form.

  2. CRM entry

Required fields enter the system without manual copying.

  3. Assignee

The team sees who continues handling the inquiry.

If data transfer is interrupted The inquiry remains visible: it is clear what to check and where to resume.

Full path of a single inquiry

This is an example of an agreed workflow. Specific fields, CRM, channels, and rules are determined after reviewing your process. A notification does not replace a record: the source and inquiry status must remain in the system.

What is included in the initial scope

  • One source, one target CRM or spreadsheet, and an agreed set of fields.
  • Contact identity normalization and rules for handling duplicate events.
  • Assignee assignment and one notification via an authorized channel.
  • Limited retries, result log, and error queue with a defined next action.
  • Testing happy path, duplicates, invalid fields, and system downtime.
  • Handover of operating rules and brief instructions for the responsible person.

What we need from you

The system name, an example of an anonymized request, a list of required fields, and assignment rules. Access permissions via standard service mechanisms and the person responsible for acceptance are agreed upon separately.

Implementation details

If the required tier or API access is not yet confirmed, we verify this before committing to implementation. Passwords and keys must not be included in the task description on the website.

When the scope changes

  • Multiple sources, two-way synchronization, or historical contacts migration.
  • Complex company deduplication rules, multiple teams, or differing access permissions.
  • A channel without an authorized API or missing data in the available source.
  • Outbound campaigns, payments, automated offers, or actions requiring separate consent.

How we accept the result

The agreed request reaches the intended record and assignee. Repeating the same event does not create a duplicate deal. A failure leaves a visible log and an option to resume processing safely.

Implementation details

We do not promise sales growth without measurement. First, we verify that the agreed flow works. Paid implementation is agreed upon after a brief introductory conversation and access review.
